WHAT IS TRANSIT OF PLANETS

Usually, we use the main birth chart and current Transit  of planet for Predictions. First of all we should understand the difference between the two:

MAIN BIRTH CHART

It is called as Ascendant or Lagna chart. It is a clear cut map/picture of the sky at the time of our birth specifically.

TRANSIT

We know planet in the birth chart are fixed and will remain for till our life.  But after birth, planet will not stay at one place and move on from one bhava to another bhavas soon after the birth. This is known as Daily transit Chart. 

So, Transit chart is actually map of planet position in sky at any given time after the birh.
